Hemant K. Rohera is an independent inventor and engineer based in Pune, India. He is the sole named inventor on three granted patent families in three unrelated engineering fields — bioelectronic medical devices, hybrid energy storage and vehicle power electronics — with grants in force across India, the United States, Japan, South Korea, Canada, Mexico, Australia, Vietnam, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Germany, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, together with Eurasian grants validated in Russia and Kazakhstan.

The method
The usual engineering response to a system under strain is to change what it is made of — a better cathode, a better molecule, a better alloy. That answer is often right. It is not the only one, and it is not always the one that reaches the field first.
A lithium cell ages under high current for reasons that are largely physical rather than chemical: resistive heat rises with the square of current, and plating is driven by local overpotential. Both follow from the conditions the cell is operating under. Improve the chemistry and you raise the threshold. Deliver the current differently and the cell may never approach it.
The same reasoning, applied to a vehicle, says condition and arbitrate between the energy sources already on board rather than fitting a larger battery. Applied to living tissue, it says the cell's transmembrane potential is a real physiological variable, and supporting the body's normal bioelectrical activity is a lever that works alongside medicine.
Three fields, one discipline: getting electrical energy where it is wanted, in the form it is wanted, into something that resists it. The method transfers between them. Evidence does not — each field is proved on its own terms.

Hybrid Power Pack
A dual-storage architecture in which an electric double-layer capacitor bank absorbs the transient — crank, acceleration, regenerative pulse — so the electrochemical cells receive a clamped current rather than the raw duty cycle. Proposed — a mechanism hypothesis consistent with established science but not demonstrated for a specific device; the word is never dropped for brevity.
